Remodeling service areas in Boulder County, CO

Dave and his team at Prana did a fantastic remodel for us. He led an extensive project requiring substantial increase of sq ft of the property that required complex permitting with Boulder County. The result of the project was the beautiful home we wanted and Prana's professionalism and transparency made the process as painless as possible. I would absolutely work with Prana again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a wonderful experience with Dave and his team for our kitchen extension and above-garage room addition. They worked with us to help us stay in the house while the major remodel was underway. They were friendly, responsive and great to work with during the entire project. Billing was clear and no major issues. We would use them again!

Prana Construction is THE ABSOLUTE BEST Contractor I have ever worked with! Dave and his crew remodeled a main floor living space: BIG project including removing walls, extending existing walls, all new windows and doors, new designer kitchen, new exterior deck, 2 new fireplaces & mantles and new lighting and electrical throughout. Dave & his crew have excellent communication which kept our projects on time and in budget! Dave responds to communication promptly, he is a kind soul with a calm demeanor and is an efficient problem-solver.

David Zeff and his crew at Prana Construction built our house and they did an incredible job! The build was finished in 2013 and we have felt so lucky to live in it for the past 12 years. It took this long for us to need anything repaired (a shower drain needed re-caulking). I gave Dave a call and he came and repaired the issue which I am sure will hold for another 12 years of daily use. I really cannot say enough good things about Prana, we were so lucky to have selected them to build our house. We get compliments on the house literally EVERY time a new person comes over.

My husband and I began our total house remodeling project several years ago with Prana Construction; David Zeff as Project Manager. We met with many contractors but decided on Prana and have been thrilled with our new home for years. David and his team went beyond expectations. David was on budget and on time and the compliments on our home just keep on coming. He personally inspected all work and made sure that it was done to perfection. Prana Construction would be the first firm we called with any new remodeling project. We highly recommend Prana Construction and David Zeff.
